Overview

K-VENTIL static rated fire dampers are intended for installation in an HVAC system that shuts off in the occurrence of a fire. Static rated dampers can ONLY be installed in static (fans off) HVAC systems. K-VENTIL offers static fire dampers as either curtain-style or multi-blade with an hourly fire rating of 1.5 or 3 hours..

• California State Fire Marshall (CSFM) listed

• Static rated (for HVAC systems that shut fans off during a fire)

Options

• Optional factory supplied welded sleeves in various lengths and gauges
• 5 or 3 Hour fire rating (1.5 hour only on Out-of-Wall models)
• 165°F or 212°F fusible links available
• Type A, B and C dampers available with square/rectangular, round or oval transitions
• Frame options: regular (3.75”), slimline (2.25”) (-SL) or ultra slimline (1.5”) (U-SL)
